FAQ
Everything except for content, photos, logo, graphic design and any domain name if you own any already. If you already own a a domain name we'll help you move it to our hosting.
Included are hosting, ongoing maintenance and support (changes to the site, within reason), monthly reporting, daily backup and security check.
On ordering we need from you:
- Your menu
- Photos of your restaurant, staff and other relevant images for background, and gallery
- Your logo
- Color preferences, if you already have set colors we'll of course use these to match your branding
- If you use any special font we'll use that as well or at least match as good as possible
The monthly price takes care of everything technical on your site on a daily basis.
Things like updating WordPress (the system used to build the site and handle content), plugins and other extensions, theme as well as daily backup and security scanning for malware or harmful code.
We'll also update the content on your website if needed, you just email the changes to us and we'll take care of it. Within reason.
After all content is received, the aprox. delievery time is about 2-4 weeks. We'll send you a preview of the site before it goes live, and upon approval we'll handle the rest, setting up domain name and moving the site live.
Yes needed yes, hosting will also include e-mail although we'll recommend that you use Google Business or Microsoft Office 365 for this, we'll help set this up if you want. Email also include webmail access so the email can be accessed using just a browser as well as added to your phone and computer.
Support has to be via email on support@mallorcaweb.agency we do not offer phone support.
We do however respond quickly to all emails.
Upon ordering, we'll charge 50% of the total amount, and then when completed we'll charge the rest of the amount. After the site is live the monthly fee will be activated, and you will be charged automatically on a month to month basis.
Should your card expire e.g. you can log into the customer account area to change it. Very easy.
You'll receive monthly an email with an invoice.
The monthly fee covers your hosting (the physical location where your website is stored), and maintenance like updating which are done manually, sitechecks after updates, also manually handled, as well as support for updating the website.
